This lunch bag is made with the same pattern...with a little bit modification, on the bottom and the string place, it turned out like this...
so, why don't you take a look the bag pattern you have and make some modification on it...sometimes, play with the "cut"...i use 3 type outside fabrics here...why not trying to use 2? 1 fabric for the body, and 1 fabric for the bottom. Sew the string from the bottom to the middle of the body...
