Kidding... Not like that actually...(^.^)...I like to sew so much, I won't stop it...but here's the reason... I've been sewing bags and clothes for quite long...and I'm thinking to take a break from getting bored by it (especially sewing bag...I'm still sewing clothes), by doing my other hobbies: crochet and knit...besides, I think it's about time to develop and learn new skill...I was super lazy and impatient to make amigurumi but now...i think i'm starting a little bit addicted (^o^)...I hate too many detail, tiny itsy bitsy handworking...but this amigurumi making is so fun...Besides that, I'm also going to learn more about fillet making (square, round, whatever) and some applique... I'm thinking to make my own hat and bag projects but I think I'm going to work on that tiny itsy bitsy projects for now...I'll compile all of my learning one day. Uh, I hope I can finish this basic process quickly...my target is 1-3 months then I'm going to make my own pattern based on the skill...but I don't know... I'm also having a new hobby right now...Handcarved Rubber Stamp...It's easier to learn it because the basic techniques are not much and focus is on the picture design (graphic). I think I can use the picture/draw I make myself for crochet, too... Crochet and Knitting is like 3D design...like sewing...I'm lucky, I learned to sew since I was a kid and took great course twice...I got a great teacher and have a lot of great references...but crochet and knit...wah...I feel like I'm half of my age late (^o^)...must catch-up catch-up now...run-run-run!...can't learn it with relax situation like sewing... x(^.^)x ...I'm crossing my finger...hoping my learning target can be achieved as planned... and, ah, yaaaa...that bear is my second crocheted amigurumi...from my Japanese book..it's part of my learning...I didn't attach the eyes very well...I'm going to make another one...but before that...I'll make another amigurumi first...the eyes attachment is not really crucial...Just changing the making procedure, it will be fine (^.^)...the most important is I managed the pattern quite well...just figuring out how to make the nose next time...this one is ok...but I'm thinking of another way...that nose pattern isn't depicted in the book (T.T) ...I used ear pattern made in smaller size for the nose...  cherio, |
