First Project from the Last Sewing Course

It was supposed for basic sewing course, i think...but since i took a sewing course (not a good one) long time before my second sewing course, so, it's kind of "refreshing" project....I think it's a basic and half grade...not yet an intermediate but with not really-really a basic...

When I sew this project, I learned that fashion design is very important. Not just drawing sketch or technical but drawing it with a dummy/doll/model is very-very helpful.

It's my, i don't know, 2nd or may be 3rd trying of making this type of blouse. This blouse fall slightly below the waist...very-very slightly...The collar was made of ruffle. It's not just a ruffle...i mean, the plain pattern is really-really a collar pattern then we change it into a ruffled collar

I was afraid that my teacher screwed up this project because the fabric is so beautiful and i love the motif...it's quite expensive, too...
I remember, i saved a beautiful fabric and then sew it for my previous sewing course...my teacher like screwed up...i mean, she didn't teach a "good" sewing...but just sew...attach here and there...and the result?...screw up!...i don't like it...i never used my best fabrics for that course again...neverrrrrrr...
I was so happy and relieved that my intermediate sewing teacher didn't screw up...the result is so great and just what i expect...MORE...

I also learned a "good" sewing with this project...button hole sew by hand (i knew this technique before, but my teacher taught me to make it more neat)...Hmmm...remembering that i took that second course was really-really great...it was the first course that taught me a good sewing...since then, i try to learn by myself by reading sewing book references i find anywhere...
