| Design and Pattern by Sweet Nichan (No more simple bag b(^.^)d ) Check out my web for all details It's a bag for my friend, Wulan...that's why I named it Wulan's Bag (^.^)...I promised her to make a crocheted bag but I was afraid that I didn't have enough yarn...Besides, I was also having dilema...the color of the fabric is so her (according to me (^.^) )...what should I do? sewing, crochet, sewing, crochet...until I remember a moderator of a knit group gave me the idea long time ago,why not combine knit and sew?...I wasn't knitting but crocheting...then, I thought...Heyyyy, why not???...I checked out the fabric to make sure that the color would be matched to the yarn...it was such a magic that they were matched! (^.^)...I didn't mean to...the yarn, I bought it long time ago...didn't mean to matchy mitchy with the fabric I had...it worked well... and I also found that I had a matching fabric for lining...it's just a magic making this bag...I really think, this bag was destined to be my friend's.... I like this bag a lot...especially because the crocheted base was not based on a pattern...it's my own pattern...after learning some making "round" technique, I manage to make a flat base like this...(I failed at first time...a little bit wavy...this project is my second)...I also add some accent here and there to make it look cuter...(^.^) Yes...I'm ready for next project like this! p(^.^)q  cherio,www.nichancraftroom.com http://mybazaar.nichancraftroom.com |
